Every recipe in our kitchen has been passed down, tweaked, and tested until it's exactly right. Our greens are slow-simmered. Our fried chicken gets its crunch from a batter we've perfected over years. And our cornbread? We'll let you be the judge.
We opened our doors in Center, Texas with one simple promise: serve real soul food, treat every guest like family, and never rush the meal. That's still how we do things today.
